CCK Support have recognised during these unpresidented times and seriousness of this pandemic and the effects it has had on the NHS, Care Homes and Home Care Services. In order to continue with our care and support, we have worked together with the local hospitals and discharge services, ambulance service, GP Practises as well as running inline with the government guidelines to ensure our practise is doing everything we can to keep our service safe, including staff, service users and anyone else involved in our care.

We have continued to provide our service for essential calls, minimising the amount of staff caring for individuals for infection control purposes, ensuring they have adequate supplies of PPE and have been trained accordingly to the PPE Covid Guidelines.

We have kept our service users up-to-date with any changes to the guidelines and supported them throughout this pandemic where possible and advised on how to keep themselves safe during this time. Requests for self isolation and minimised contact, providing telephone emotional support if needed.

Our offices have remained running either onsite or from home in order to keep the service functioning safely and for service users, family members and all healthcare services to be able to contact us to keep the continuity of care ongoing.

We have advised no visitors to our office premises but should this be required, we have a track and trace system in place. We also do a temperature check at the door, so if anyone's temperature is not within the safe bounds, they cannot enter.

If you have any questions with regards to the pandemic, please contact us on our office number 01227 668 041 between Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Stay safe.
